She has also experience using Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Direct/Indirect Techniques, TMJ massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Emotion Code.

Ashley values education and full body awareness so she guides each client to an understanding of what she is about to do, what she did, and how the client can be proactive and preventative in the future. If you have a question about anything, just ask her!

More About Ashley
"I practice natural healing and massage therapy because I enjoy helping people, making them feel good about themselves and give hope to them that there is something that can be done to help them and teach them to help themselves! There are many conditions such as ADHD, depression, autism, cancer, fibromyalgia, headaches, anxiety, arthritis, psoriasis, insomnia and much more that can be positively effected through the many modalities and techniques of massage. Before going to massage school, I had always thought of massage therapy as a luxury, not as a health profession or a wellness tool. Unknowing of all of these great things massage can help benefit, I learned first hand that professional massage therapy can help people who have been abused. Touch is a very powerful sense and can be used to hurt or heal. I want others to know how to use it to heal. I strive to educate people about the benefits and effects of massage therapy and to help others HEAL THEMSELVES.
I do not go to work everyday, I go to massage and help others."

Ashley's interests include impacting people positively by introducing massage therapy into their life, helping them cope with an issue and find ways to solve it, being high spirited, and learning to be a better and more educated person. With her free time, she enjoys taking pictures of scenery or meaningful portraits, meeting new people, bonding with nature, and creating a blessed future for not only herself, but for everyone.
